  • We believe therapy should be accessible to everyone; therefore, we accept most insurance plans and offer sliding scale rates. Coverage varies from plan to plan but we will verify your benefits (including deductible and copay expectations) prior to your first visit and will be happy to share this information with you at your request.

  • Whether or not you’ve been in therapy before, you may have some trepidation about the first session. Fortunately, our clinicians pride themselves on being authentic, compassionate and easy to talk to—they will move at a pace that is comfortable for you from the start. In your initial session, we will ask about what brings you to therapy as well as what is important to you and the people and experiences that have shaped you, for better or worse.

  • We have a patient portal through Breeze. You will receive an invitation to join Breeze when you become a new patient. Please “pre-register” for your sessions in order to complete our paperwork electronically.

Testimonials

  • "I feel as though Tracy "sees" me and provides a no-pressure space for me to work on myself. She is always professional, kind, knowledgeable, and has great resources/suggestions for me to help cope with my struggles. I avoided therapy for many years and I am so grateful to have found a therapist that I look forward to meeting with. Tracy seems to have the ability to ask all the right questions to get me to push past my self-doubt and anxieties around my struggles."

  • "My therapist is a good active listener. She knows when to sit back and let me talk things out and when to jump in and give advice or counsel. Sometimes, it’s important to know you are being “heard” without judgement or criticism. I feel I am making progress expressing my thoughts and feelings in the outside world and being more proactive in deciding what’s best for me and what I need from others to feel valued and respected."

  • "I feel very safe and respected talking with Alana. She feels very relatable. I also appreciate that she really remembers and takes note of details of past discussions we’ve had, even months earlier."

  • "Tracy is a great listener and has led me to resolve some issues that I thought would take a long time but has taken less than six months. She has an amazing memory which I really appreciate because my last therapist did not."

  • "Alana says what I need to hear, even if it's not easy. She knows me better than I know myself a lot of times and makes sure I stay honest with myself."

  • "With each session, we are addressing and working on the issues brought forth within my comfort level, and I do not feel pushed or uncomfortable doing so. Allowing time to process and work towards healing and moving forward. Providing new tools to help in times of anxiety and anger in helping to feel more in control of myself by not having those emotions overpower the situation."

  • "I cannot say enough good things about Alana. She truly listens to me and not only offers advice, but provides structured ideas to actively help myself. Alana offers different ways of viewing a situation, often putting things into a perspective I have never thought of before. I always end our sessions feeling so much better, due to either seeing things in a different light or by having a plan in place for my anxiety. Alana is easy to talk to; my problems are never judged and my feelings are valid. My anxiety and depression symptoms have been greatly reduced by working with her over the years."

  • "Tracy Gilbert is a rare find. I have searched and searched for someone who has the right interpretation and balance between listening and giving feedback. She is an excellent therapist."

  • "Monica is so easy to talk to and really helped me through my anxiety. She helped me to open up and also change my mindset through her kind words and how caring she is. She also was super personable which helped me make a deeper connection with her."

  • "I feel better overall since starting. She is an excellent listener and really takes the time to find what works best for me. Very kind and warm."
